The tour guide was punctual, collecting us right outside our hotel, he was super friendly, spoke English incredibly well and was so good with both my 7 and 13 year old kids. He dropped us right by the entrance, sorted out access and took us to the best places (jumping in spot) he took videos and photos for us and checked on us throughout. Journey back was just as smooth.
